Unfuckable Ink offers digital products (e-books, downloadable artwork), physical prints, apparel fulfilled through Printful, and subscription-based access to exclusive app content. All sales are subject to availability.
2. Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Upon purchase, you will receive a download link or access credentials. You may not resell, reproduce, or distribute digital products without written permission.
3. Physical Products
Physical items (prints, apparel) are produced and shipped by Printful. Shipping times and costs vary by location. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
4. Subscriptions
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are listed in USD.
6. Refunds & Returns
Digital products are non-refundable. For physical products, if an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All artwork, designs, content, and branding on this site are the property of Unfuckable Ink. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Unfuckable Ink is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the transaction in question.
